Like any bike, a Faraday eBike will require regular service to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride through its lifetime. We recommend taking your Faraday to a professional bike shop (preferably a Faraday dealer whenever possible) for routine service and tune-ups.

For the original owner, all Faraday electric bicycles and their components carry the following warranty:
- Battery – 1 year*
- Electronics – 1 year
- Parts (excluding tires, tubes, brake pads, cables & housing, and grips) – 1 year
- North America only – due to complications around international shipping and repairs, the Faraday Warranty is only valid in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
*Batteries require regular charging to stay healthy. If storing your Faraday for long periods of time, make sure to do so with a fully charged battery to avoid any potential damage. Failure to follow these storage guidelines will void your warranty. Please refer to your owner’s manual for further instructions on battery care and let us know if you have any questions.
