We're pretty confident that once you start riding a Faraday, you'll love it. But not everyone has the ability to test ride or demo a Faraday before deciding to buy.
To help ensure that your Faraday is exactly the right bike for you, we’re happy to offer a straightforward 30-day return policy on all bikes and accessories purchased through faradaybikes.com.
The following conditions apply:
To initiate a return, please contact Faraday directly. You'll pay a one-time $250 fee on any bike return. Faraday then covers the costs and logistics of boxing the bike and shipping back to us.
After contacting Faraday, we'll have you take your bike to the local bike shop (ideally a Faraday dealer) where you picked it up from.
Our return policy is valid 30 days from the date of delivery. Packaging and shipping on all returns (excluding accessories) MUST be handled by a professional bicycle retailer - either a Faraday dealer or the location where you received the bike.
The bike must be in like-new condition, to be determined by the staff of the shop handling shipping.
For bicycles and accessories purchased at a Faraday dealer (not at faradaybikes.com), our return policy is not available and returns are subject to the discretion of the dealer.
